It's all in the mindset.
Once, the SP get's going we would look back and see what a bargain $4 is.
Once we past $5, which could happen as soon as the ODAC briefing notes are published, this Monday/ Tuesday; we are in a range that we haven't been for 5 years or so. This is a break-out!
Then $10 doesn't seem that far away - just consider all the value accretive news to come.

Another partnership deal with $$$ attached is gonna be crazy for Mesoblast SP
Yes, we already have a few partners but one more will just cement the confidence & sentiment.

Think about it, the whole world is awaiting for a solution to a suite of unmet medical needs and Mesoblast may have the answers.
Potential partners must now - take a ticket and join the queue

Oh and forget about the TO, if SI has held out all this time, there's definitely no appetite for TO now.
SI can now see the stadium and hear the roars from the crowd after running 40kms of a 42kms marathon - he's gonna finish this marathon and all SHs be grateful.
