I believe the deal has already been pre approved. Seems like there might of been a presentation of some sorts prior to the 14% spike.

Seems like it's a matter of sorting out loose ends in the coming month waiting for solid confirmation. Management are looking very confident and positive imo.

When NF decided to invest all his time into AVZ a few weeks ago, I believe that's when things started heating up.

Trades and volume should start getting a lot thicker in the coming weeks imo
