    I listened to all the gold bear gold bug stuff in 2006, sold my first house and bought Krugerrands, Maple Leafs etc at around USD$600. A few hundred of them, kept them in a safe waiting for the 'world economy to collapse' and gold to be rerated... I still have them.

    Would have been better off keeping the house in all honesty, not that I will be selling them any time soon.
