I recall going to a business lunch and meeting an Optus executive for 20+ years who had recently retired. What struck me was that when I told him what a hassle dealing with Optus was he said he never knew this whilst spending 20 years with Optus paying for his phone but only realised it when he left and had to deal with his own phone himself
