Key Points

• Meetings with 4DS, imec and HGST have set the development plan for the next six months
• Development plan potentially delivers a megabit chip and/or a corporate transaction in 2021
• Following the successful $7.6 million Placement and SPP, the Company is fully funded to implement its strategy

Fully funded to what we expect will be a corporate transaction.   Planning is all in place.

This company is in the money and all shareholders will reap the benefit.  We only need to sit tight and wait ... and plan how we will spend our almost assured gains.

Seems like a lot of extended timelines as well as phrasing the Ann so that if they don't meet this extended timeline they have a lot of excuses to fall back on. They still don't have a saleable product and this is a 70m mc on a gamble that they'll get the chip to work. I think it'll face pressure from people taking profit from the spp. Trade wisely imo dyor
