Don't own any , but a casual observer,and re Marks statement that mngmnt stated that they have 1bill in the bank. If this is truly the case , would you not have a monumental case, seeing that this appears to be a very serious misinformation to the market? I may be a very Johnny come lately ,but to 'lose' a billion $, seems extremely misleading , verging on criminal. And with Mark owning a million shares, he only would have bought on the company financial reports/balance sheets released on the ASX surely??
