"You get into a really nice looking spread sheet that starts to have a really nice looking ACV number very quickly and that's what drives the valuation. The great thing about our business is, we don't have a lot of costs. Most of our staff work from home. Our Dev team in Perth work together. We only have sales and BD people, I do most of the admin, ....so as we continue to grow ACV we are going to start to see a big disconnect between our recurring revenue and our cost base. So not only are we going to be a high revenue growth business, we are also going to be incredibly profitable. And there's not a lot to spend that money on.

"I'm an old-school accountant, M@A, a fundamentalist, not a chartist, so I find this revenue multiple stuff intriguing, it's what drives high-growth SaaS businesses, but the objective is, the attitude of the market is, they'll back and throw capital at it on the basis that there will be a disconnect from our cost base at some point and we will become immensely profitable."
