who owns what?

Hi Team, Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to all followers of Sundance Resources.
Have been away for the past week or so, so I've missed a bit of the excitement.
Westcott, I noticed in one of your posts from a few days back that you were awaiting a call from DL to try and work out exactly who owns what percentage of what assets/ companies. Did you ever get the call and work it out?
Sorry if you've already posted it and I've missed it.

Also, is anybody hearing anything about more than one offtake agreement being released towards the end of January?
