    The injunction related to the resolutions of two board meetings, 12/12/2008 and 22/12/2008.
    One of those resolutions would have be related to the 22/12/2008 Appointment of a Director. That would leave any resolution of the board after 22/12/2008 exposed the injunction, would it not.
