Enzo, IMHO, a statement like this is not a typical PH move. While being consistently positive with the companies he's involved with, he tends rather toward conservative statements. He has stated previously that he does not release anns with the sole purpose of pushing the sp. so I'm really not sure what to make of all of this noise he has been making recently.
