I am a novice at this game... but hold a good size (for me) share of AZY. With regard to insider trading (I am not saying this is the case here) if directors sold shares knowing there was bad news coming then they would clearly be liable. Directors would know that. From what I have read on HC there is a lot to be positive about the future of AZY. So having said all that, what am I missing, this is what I know (I don't know what I don't know ... you know the rest) .... there have been no recent announcements - good or bad (not yet) ...the presentation was very positive,....the directors sold a substantial parcel fo shares, this spooked the market WHY...
