I hope Nick goes quietly, but if he feels that he has been wronged there is no alternative for his reputation but to fight in court. His jobs prospects would be severely damaged and it would be a matter of principle in my opinion to clear his name. Depends on what evidence the board has on him and surely it must be substantial to dismiss in this way. The CFO struck me as a guy who dotted his i's and crossed the t's so I hope he got it right.
