@Breakingsystem am going to look into Behr and their product lines/speculate what type of potential revenue growth can occur over the next year via this partnership and extended product lines.

Its clear to me that the instos have already decided they want in and big, and see fair value around $37M at least (if they were happily wiped 5/5.1 thats what that implies). Will need to do an indepth breakdown of revenue over the next 4 quarters and model it out with likely scenarios - probably will take a week before i make that. Stay tuned.
