    I doubt it is refinancing as the announcement suggest that its an update regarding its current arrangements with lenders. Some payment is due hence I believe it's just postponed or something...

    Should be straight forward with an announcement tomorrow morning unless extended like last time and refinancing comes in to picture...

    They have been talking to Azure according to the last Q. Hence I think it's not refinancing..
