    Your misrepresentation of the article as an 'opinion piece' is not in the least bit surprising.

    The excerpt from the article links directly to 2 studies and asks relevant intelligent questions.

    However, a textbook example of extreme hyberbole follows;

    "https://www.drugs.com/sfx/hydroxychloroquine-side-effects.html is a plain English explainer. These side effects should not be ignored. Its because of these that a doctor should be prescriber and monitor any person taking the drug to ensure prompt action should these serious issues result."

    to demonstrate the underhandedness at work here, here is the link to the 'plain English' side effects of aspirin
    https://www.drugs.com/sfx/aspirin-side-effects.html

    I'll look forward to reading your thread on the banning of aspirin.

    In the meantime, lets not get caught up in lies and misrepresentations. HCQ with it's adjuvants is a valid treatment within known parameters. No entity should be preventing doctors and their clients from having this as an intelligently derived option.

    It is also noted that the TGA issued the notice to amend the status of hydroxychloroquine on 24 March 2020, primarily on account of mitigating potential shortage. This was well before the hyperbolic misrepresentations were in full flight from the big pharma conflicted MSM,
