Also from the original statement on the suspension on 2-10-19 it clearly show ASX were the main instigator as stated as underlined.




Further I think ASX were just using the ASIC name for added credibility in the suspension.

I don't believe ASIC were involved to the extent the ASX have stated. And ISX is calling them out to privide proof (See attached)
