No, nothing on that 4m sale in early December.

While I was thinking about next year's generous dividend from the printer contract, I spared some brain power to ponder those 4m shares.

You guys can correct me if the deductive reasoning is out but:

Change in substantial holding must be notified within 14 days of the even.

Substantial holding is 5% or more

Since there is no announcement, we can conclude the sale was by a large but non-substantial shareholder to another now large but still non substantial shareholder.

Therefore Swannie you are the purchaser in the library with a knife!
