In past meetings that I have seen yacov at (or Brendan attend for that matter), the sort of questions your asking would be seen as sacrilege and stupidity by the board. I’ve seen Yacov asked legitimate questions only to either get enraged because the person asking the question “just doesn’t understand the business” or because “...” well No answer. No explanation to help them understand the business. No explanation even why the question is wrong. Sometimes even sarcasm hinting the persons question is stupid. Just moving onto the next question. Possibly the language barrier makes it hard for him to understand the question so not to appear like he doesn’t have an answer he simply chooses not to give one.

On the other hand, Brendan is the complete opposite. A real sort of used car salesman vibe and a response to every question that makes you feel like everything is going better than ever.

In between both of them I’m sure there is some sort of truth but by now it’s too hard to figure out what’s going on. I’m pretty annoyed about the lack of response on NMPA. Anyone on HC who brings it up now gets told it isn’t the focus and we all need to move on.

All the points you bring up are valid and the truth is nobody on HC, the suppliers, customers or the board have any of the answers you seek. This is now a heavily diluted lucky dip. People who say heavy dilution is a necessity for this type of stock are wrong on so many levels.

The proverbial clock is ticking for good old GMV...
