yes,correct--meeting is to appoint new directors for Amitan and take control away from Aberdeen ST directors--meeting is on friday,23 Jan--once done,the 62% would then go through imo--the same people that did the last requisitions for GPN and YRR are doing this one too--all positive imo,but no doubt some will think otherwise--cheers
