This morning I contacted the Australian Shareholders Association and informed them of the situation here. Quite possibly they may have heard of TYX. I noticed * newsletter mentioned TYX in an article yesterday and couldn't understand the boards actions. When meeting a rep from ASA at an AGM a while ago, he encouraged me that if ever I felt something dodgy is going on with a publicly listed company I am invested in, then to not hesitate in contacting them. Well....something dodgy is going on here!
Will see what happens.
