Yes i agree that a j/v would be a preferable option, although a j/v would not require the issue of more paper it is none the less dilutive.
Fortunately we are in a strong enough cash position not to require further funding anytime soon. 2c was merely an arbitrary figure being the minimum i would be prepared to see the Co raise funds at if they were in a pinch (they are not)
I know a lot of folk freak out when we talk about dilution but IMO if funds are raised or shares issued for a purpose that will add significant value to the company then as a long term holder i can live with that.
