Evolution has ability to pay 16c to purchase 7.5 million HT8 shares, so if the SP is lower than 16c, they will not touch this, but if the SP goes to say 20c, then Evolution will pay HT8 $1.2million to exercise the options - meaning that the guys expect the share price to go well over 16c. I guess this is a good problem to have. All long term shareholders should remember that it was on a couple of cents for a long time.
