I think as an exploration outfit management is OK
To there credit imo they have understood that to make the transition to producer further skills were required and hence the appointment of Oyster Group to the board.
As for a possible j/v i hope that the eventual candidate will be an experienced mining outfit and i imagine operational matters with regard to mining will be guided by their experience.
Although there are obvious synergies to be had by a tie-up with another TC operator the likes of erm and wgr are but explorers like us and lack operational mining experience.

I am sure that at this stage all options remain 'on the table'
