Hi mate (MinorThreat), I just had a call back from Francis not long after yourself. He returned my call in the space of 20 minutes.

Similar to my previous post and lack of concerns, I understand the mentality of bringing on and keeping key personnel. You pay peanuts.....and everyone know the rest!! I dont believe anyone is on $450k either and this is not factual. If there is proof of this I suggest people show the evidence of the paper trail.

Also right strategy here, by not spending cash reserves. Everything is transparent in my opinion. I really appreciate Francis being candid and professional.

I suggest everyone read a book called "Exploring Startegy" (Pearsons) Eleventh Edition!! if they dont understand the long term thinking of any modern business.
