the last couple of months have been transformational for EXR, and I see similar things with IVZ (from my perspective a more risk involved here).
I've held for quite a while, so I'm in no rush for things to happen. Whilst I'd like to get out of the red, I'm more hoping for a well planned program, and carefully executed.

I agree, if IVZ takes an EXR type run as shown below I don’t think any of us would be complaining!

Just takes the right news, going back to 2018 when EXR and IVZ we’re getting everything in place, through March 2020 and now with the good news EXR has ripped with a good push.

Hopefully IVZ’s turn next!
