On the remuneration front, the details are in the document:

(c) the current total remuneration package for each of the Related Parties is
set out in the table below:

Notes:
1. Comprising directors’ fees of $85,000 and share-based payments of $75,000. If
the Performance Rights are issued, the total remuneration package will increase
by $117,520 to $287,520, being the value of the applicable Performance Rights
as set out in paragraph (f) below expensed over the performance milestone
period. In addition, under a consultancy agreement for corporate advisory
services outside Australia, Viaticus Capital, a related party of Mr Rezos receives
a retainer of $5,000 per month.
2. Comprising directors’ fees of $188,000. If the Performance Rights are issued, the
total remuneration package will increase by $615,700 to $803,700, being the
value of the applicable Performance Rights as set out in paragraph (f) below
expensed over the performance milestone period.
