Looking at the current OZL Management Team, there would appear to be very little OPERATIONS experience in Asia
(http://www.ozminerals.com/About-OZ-Minerals/Management-Team.html). Strange that the Executive General Manager Asia, who used to be on the list has disappeared off the page. I am guessing that means he's no working longer there?????

IMO the current Chief Operating Officer has pretty limited operations experience - restricted to lead and zinc (Sepon is Copper/Gold). Importantly, he has no international experience, only Australia.

Sepon Mine is located in Laos - I'd be asking myself if the current OZL Management Team (and Board for that matter) has the depth and competence to handle sovereign risk and complexities of operating in the Asian region.

On the basis of recent performance ......
