In keeping with the Revolt theme (and I know we are just spitballing) and Phil's rabbit ex-hat routines (Soco 'non merger' deal was left field and a pearler)........
A JV between Vmoto(soco) and a mob like Revolt invloving the building of a factory in India? The CR from cashed up Rabo(?) funds the build and the get 25%(?) of separately owned VmotoSocoRevolt India inc? A mouthful......................nah. Too complicated. How would the legals be worked out?..... but what the heck.
Just hoping against hope it is not a vanilla CR for fundies.
