    You are being naïve if you expect the company to provide you and shareholders with advance information regarding a forthcoming commercial deal. Long term shareholders have been starved of positive news but harassing management will not do you or anyone any good. Yes it is confidential information until the deal is done and announced to the market. That is the commercial world and how all companies operate.
