    Bridgebaron, maybe you never recieved the letter asking you for your proxy vote for a meeting that has not been officially announced yet.

    Has anyone else been sent that correspondance?

    The letter implies that the company will be calling a meeting to oust themselves and be replaced by 3 other directors.
