You are dreaming if you think the SP will go to 16.80 (even with a TO...)
And if it ever gets there without a TO, how much extra shareholder diluting capital do you think will be required?
These options are just an excuse to stop the CEO actually putting his money where his mouth is and buying on market
How many more "excuses" are you guys going to come up with to explain all this away....?
