    It seems that the people who support to MSC's Green Cement Product Might live in the different planet.

    What China needs is a "cheap" cement but the green. There are many local cement firms built by Chinese and Taiwanese which could easily produced up to 10M tons per factory per year at goodd quality but cheap.

    MSC will have very little chance to succeed in China and Taiwan, IMO.
