If that not enough, it turns out - in this ALLIANCE Trial, will only accept patients who have Pi3k mutations in the body (primary cancers), as well as the brain. GDC 0084 being treated for patients in primary cancers - to help prolong their lives. We need more information from
management on this very important aspect of this Trial.

" Previously obtained tissue from brain metastases and extracranial sites (primary or extracranial metastases) are screened for the presence of these alterations, and if present in both tumor sites, patients will receive the appropriate corresponding targeted treatment.


What therefore for the future of Novartis Alpelisib - just received via my sub to OncLive (more on Alpelisib PI3k drug, that has at best modest brain efficacy and toxisty issues)
