If supporting my opinions with valid concerns, which you deem to be contrasting to the facts, is out of order, well thats debatable.

You see Gdavid unlike the present board it's much easier to communicate and explain the process with all, rather than expect everyone takes for granted what you do is right.

Still my concerns are there that what you are trying to do, is right, time will tell when you find if you have enough support.

You surely can understand that although we are all upset and disallusioned with the present board, i fear that this process is sentiment driven and is quite rare as far as i know.

So i doubt this will get anywhere in the end.

I'm wondering how 3 directors with limited knowledge as far as i know can somehow handle this situation at a minimal salary.

No matter how you look at it we still need money.
