The dilution/cash injection/acquisition comes part and parcel with turning an empty shell into a real company with a catalyst for a rerate.

If finnind is right and its a $3m placement at 0.005 it'll mean it gets turned from a $5m [$4.5m EV] company with no cash into a $9m [$5.5m EV] company with over $3m of cash. Given how hot some of these shells are running as of late and depending on whether the acquisition is good or not there is good potential for a rerate.

Even at 0.015 (3 year resistance) it will still only be a $16m EV and at 0.028 (3 high year) a $32m EV, which is not unrealistic given how hard the spec market is running at the moment.
