I believe the high PE Ratio is one factor (but that is as per above discussion).
If you read through today's MFG results they are starting up a series of Ethical Investing funds (also clearly mentioned through AFR article).
The gorilla coming into AEF's niche should takeaway FUM growth and ultimately earnings.
