Different situation. Sepon was taken over by OXR under a clawback arangement originally )from RIO). There was no (or from memory) very little required in up-front purchase cost. OXR went on to buy out the clawback (as the terms of the arrangement were good for OXR - I presume because OH was originally a manager at RIO).
OH is the master at judging future movements. I suspect he saw what was coming when he sold out of OZL. Maybe investors should have followed him out (looks like a few did).
If OH were to start up another company I'd look very seriously at investng. He did make something from OXR at a time when most pundits were lamenting the depressed state of the resource sector, a similar situation to what we're seeing now. Regardless of what people here think of him (much unfounded in my opinion) he is very astute.
