With regards to fund inflows, i do not believe any adviser/planner will significantly support HFA due to the freeze. Even though every fund has redemtion freeze mechanisms until a manager does it, it is not in the minds of the investor this publicity will severly hamper funds inflow even with good performanc due to sentiment and misinformation marketed by the media.
