You have to admit that if you were a gold speculator you can easily run out of patience if your stock is not moving with the market. I get the feeling that it was simply one buyer who wanted to move his money elsewhere whether it be profit or loss who knows. As soon as an on market buy comes in we are only about $10K from being back in the 6's. That is the problem with low liquidity plays. Most junior goldies have stalled since late June while the gold price has just kept going up. Fear is what leads to selling and yesterdays blip in the gold price was enough to worry the nervous investors that ran back to bank stocks. Hoepfully after todays meeting there might be one or two buyers wanting to take advantage of bargain pricing.
