Stop and have a thought for all those poor souls who bought up near $5 and were forced to sell out yesterday at $3 on margin, or literally by not being able to sustain any more losses. I really feel this stock gets the nod by the Committee and we go to $5. What a ride this week has already been.

Hats off to those with larger positions who held their proverbials. I sold into the rally despite not feeling comfortable doing so (because I've learnt from bad experience you have to) and after reading in depth all of the representations and some very good insights on here (the drama seemed to bring out the solid stuff against the crap that dominated rally discussions) felt comfortable buying in since the fall (went too early).

I really think going through all the documents and past cases MSB gets the nod from the Committee. Initially I was doubtful given the FDA's combative language, but any informed independent medical committee with perspective is endorsing this.
