I had a stock a couple of years ago was in the mid 30 cent range everything seemed ok then for about 6 to 8 weeks there was relentless selling down to about 25 cents ( the insiders knew there was bad news coming) then a CR at 15cents but never recovered last traded at 1 cent.Thats why I would prefer to cut costs instead of CR ( Could never understand why my parents gave me the middle name of Lucky)
