then id get my buddies to buy them

Then as me and my friends already owned half the company id start a massive share buy back of the ordinary scrip

Just keep buying as i had 15 million and the companies only worth 30 million.

This would give some great leverage to the long dated options. They could have the buyback going for years with the cash they have.

Who knows.
