    ASIC is no more than your local motor authority albeit for corporations. They collect annual company rego fees but don't issue tickets for major infringements such as speeding or DUI. It's a sad truth but the truth nonetheless. It's 'caveat emptor' when it comes to investments whether it be retail or wholesale. I'm just trying to save whoever will listen some time, heart ache and throwing 'good money after bad'.
