Looks like the issue of replacing the board is very divisive on this board.

I have an open mind. The best outcome for shareholders is the path that should be taken, given the ridiculous current SP (even with last 2 days gains).

Having said that I don't know much about gdavid's plan so can't really comment on it in detail. I am also not an expert on board regulations/structure...certainly gdavid knows more than I.

My position, as I have stated many times, is that yes the board has shown bad leadership, however there are also positives in that quality control of the company is excellent and implant acceleration has been solid. Too often we fail to acknowledge the positives. Based on revenue comparison, VCR's share price *should* be around 0.50c to 0.60c right now, in my guesstimate.

If the board is replaced entirely, I would have a concern about medical device / engineering knowledge being retained.

Would it be possible to ditch the portion of the board that has no medical device / engineering expertise and retain the rest? I imagine that way you would still have majority control of the board and retain necessary experience.
