    Hi Pureau.
I think DEG needs a couple more years of drilling before a plant is established. Hopefully a placement early next year on the back of the next significant resource upgrade will help that placement be at a significant price and allow a similar raising to the last one, with enough funds to drill out Hemi to its full extent as well as thoroughly completing a first pass on many of the other potential targets identified by the geophysics surveys recently. While they could probably move in that direction later this year with an new/updated PFS etc, it would be silly to rush into things before the optimal location of a plant is known, or if some of the yet to be discovered deposits are of higher grade to help a plant get off to a flying start. Likewise they may find an equally big deposit that doesn't require POX to liberate the gold, and again, get things off to a flying start before additional cost associated with a POX plant need to be covered. In that space, every year delayed is another year of opportunity to learn about the most optimal way of dealing with sulphide ores while watching how others do it. It is a rapidly advancing field as mines start to get into the sulphide and lower grade ores they traditionally avoided given the lack of new higher grade deposits being found globally.
In reality, its unlikely, given the size of Hemi alone, that DEG will be the ones developing a mine/plant (Probably a good thing as explorers often make terrible miners!). I'm quite sure the bigger players with mining experience (even close neighbors to the south) will be keeping a close eye on this and will likely make either a JV offer or takeover bid once resources are at a more advanced stage of estimation, especially if they prove up more than 5 mill Ozs of readily accessible gold at reasonable grade. That is increasingly likely. Certainly my preference is another two years of solid exploration before any decision is made either way, but if things are as good as they are looking at present, that decision may be taken out of out hands.
