with safe and sealed, if Thailand is welcoming foreigner from green zone without the need to quarantine. Then they should have no problem welcoming their own citizen back into the country from green zone as well.

also, even with 14 days quarantine. You will find that there will be some Thai willing to travel to Poipet. maybe a few hundreds, rather than thousands.

They'd be gambling addicts, people that need to laundry their cash, or down and out desperate business owner trying their luck, maybe a few VIP players as well.

early October during Chinese golden week, we might also see a few plane load of Chinese visiting Angkor, then driving down to Poipet for some gambling
