Sorry for the delay in my reply intellimoney, I only just read your post.

You obviously haven't been following Centro very closely at all over the past little while I can see, lol.

The 15th January is the date the finalisation of the long term refinance agreement with the Banks is due and this will tell us what form the refinancing will take - please refer to previous announcements to bring yourself up to date with the Company's status.
