You do realize this is aGVHD we are talking about right? The least profitable and most expected to be approved by FDA considering it is used already in Japan.
The MESO rocket is based on covid ards and then CHF.
We EXPECT aGVHD to be approved. Anything else would be a horrendous outcome.
The other 2 phase 3 trials are far more profitable and less chance of getting approved so if this one doesn't well... that won't be good
