Moon The situation in country Vic has been in the red for some time and I did ask the question why country Vic was not also placed in stage 4 when Melb was given Dan himself said srage 3 just wont do the job.
With Melbourne numbers on the improve I recieved Dans interest in country Vic today with scepticism, as a leader who seems to like keeping the crisis rolling on. IMO it keeps him relevant, people distracted and his job safe.
