Many things must be ticked off my list before I buy a stock in the current market...liquidity is an important one, so too is incentive, among other things.

I smell significant incentive here to get the price up from more than one quarter, this is important to me, as such it gets my vote.

No attraction for shorting here anymore...from anyone...so not only do we not see much of it going on at this point in the cycle, but a likely unwiding of those short positions that helped get CNP to where it is now.

They have done their job...secured a deal...and now its time to let it go to add a margin of safety and health to the process.

I ee the buying as a sign behind-the-scenes activity has come to an end...albeit the final public fan-fare.
